Sea creatures - These tend to be your pirates and privateers (yes there is a difference).
Natives - This group consists of the wilder cousins of the felines and canines. Tribes can be inter mixed with both although that is a rare occurence as they usually prefer their own kind. So this would be wolves, foxes, coyotes, cougars, panthers, tigers, etc. There is also some, again rarely, mingling of blood with the trespassers as the colonists are called. These mixed offspring are usually shunned by the tribes as well as the 'civilized' beasts. Each tribe has to decide which side to support.
